Effective 5 September 2026. These terms are between you and SmartrixLabs ("we") and govern freewebsitetoapk.com and the software that runs in your browser when you use it.
1. The service
Free browser-based tools that package a website you control into Android application files, produce store-listing assets, and written guidance on publishing to Google Play. We do not host, publish, or sign on your behalf beyond the key generated in your browser, and we have no account with Google Play on your behalf.
2. Ownership
You own the apps and assets you generate. We assert no rights over your URL, brand, artwork or the resulting files, and we do not add attribution, advertising or telemetry to them. You warrant that you have the right to package and distribute the website and materials you use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the tools to package websites you do not own or have permission to distribute; to impersonate another person, brand or app; to distribute malware or deceptive software; to circumvent the policies of any app store; or to violate applicable law. You may not attempt to extract, redistribute or reverse-engineer the protected build assets served to your browser.
4. Google Play and other stores
Publishing is subject to the store's own agreements and policies, which change. Our guides reflect our understanding on the date shown and are not legal advice or a guarantee of approval. Decisions by Google, including account actions, are outside our control and responsibility.
5. Advertising
The website displays third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their offers; we do not endorse them.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Test everything you generate on real devices before distributing it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from the website or anything generated with it. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the service — nil.
8. Changes
We may modify or withdraw any part of the service and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SmartrixLabs is established, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
