If Google Play rejected your app
Send the full text of the rejection email, including the policy name it cites and any screenshots Google attached. Add your website URL and the builder options you enabled. Most rejections map to one of the eight common reasons, and with the exact wording we can usually point at the fix in one reply.
For everything else, include
- Your website URL
- Which tool or builder page, and the settings you chose
- Device and Android version if it is a runtime problem ("Samsung A54, Android 14")
- What you expected and what happened; a screenshot if visual
What we can't do
- Contact Google on your behalf or influence a review decision
- Recover a Play developer account that has been terminated
- Edit your website or hosting for you
- Take on custom development
